Dispatch Times - We will phone at the point of order to advise as to the ETA of your product. For in stock items, they will be dispatched same day if the order reaches us before 1400hrs. 

Bikes will generally take 3 working days to dispatch- we will build it, check everything is exactly as it should be and then rebox it. It is worth the wait- there's nothing worse than your new bike not shifting properly. We'll be in touch regardless to discuss tubeless and any other likely setup options. 

Undelivered - Royal Mail is unfortunately, still the fastest and cheapest way to reliably ship our goods. While they quote their estimated 24 and 48h shipping times, this is not a guaranteed service and sometimes orders can take longer to arrive. This is beyond our control and while we are happy to confirm your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to give you the exact whereabouts of your item until a delivery attempt has been made. Important: We will not reship an order which hasn't been delivered until 20-business days has passed. This situation is rare but can happen. Royal Mail will not accept the item as 'lost' until this period of time has passed.
